Wendy Cutlip-Parks
TAX PREPARATION
Wendy started Cardinal Tax Services LLC, on June 2, 2014 after many years with Burch Tax Service.
Wendy has 30 years of tax experience. Originally schooled by H&R Block and updated every year through the WVU Income Tax School, she can help individuals and small business owners with just about any tax matter they may encounter. She is also proficient with QuickBooks and payroll to help small business owners with all their bookkeeping needs.

OUR STAFF STAYS CURRENT WITH CONTINUOUS EDUCATION AND SEMINARS TO ENSURE THAT WE ARE UP TO DATE ON ALL OF THE LATEST INFORMATION, LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND TECHNIQUES IN THE FIELD. ALL PREPARERS ARE AFS COMPLIANT AND LISTED IN THE IRS PTIN DIRECTORY.
Assisting during tax season, Cindy Byrd-Harbison is also a seasoned professional. An accountant and former legal secretary, she brings a wide variety of experience to Cardinal Tax Services.
Jeane Gardner has over 35 years of tax preparation experience that she loves to share with everyone that walks through her door! After meeting Jeane you have a friend for life!
Full time employees Carly Fluharty and Marilyn Postlethwait will again be assisting with tax preparation as well as helping run the office, answer the phones, schedule appointments, entering payrolls...all the while greeting you with a smile on their faces!
Jennifer Bailey has over 20 years experience in the accounting/bookkeeping field. A beach bum at heart with a head for business she is proficient in small business set up, bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation.
We also want to welcome our 2 newest preparers, Christi Strosnider and CJ Willard.
All preparers are registered with the IRS PTIN Directory and have the required credentials to be approved for the Annual Filing Season Program.
